It will be applicable equivalent to 1(one) day rent for the specific booked vehicle. Hello Rent a Car will apply this charge if the cancellation is made within 36 hours of vehicle duty. This charge will not be applicable before 36 hours of report time of the vehicle.
In case of any event where a number of vehicles will be booked this cancellation period will be 96 hours of the duty schedule and reporting time. A total of 1 (one) day rent for all booked vehicles will be charged if cancellation is made by user after the said time i.e 96 hours.
If cancellation is made due to any force majeure, strike, Blockade, Mob etc, Hello Rent a Car reserve the rights not to deploying any vehicles though the booking was confirmed and money back guarantee will be in this situation. Payment will be in local currency through Cash/Bank.
